- NetApp ONTAP Administration and Troubleshooting
- Storage provisioning, capacity management, and performance monitoring
- Incident, problem, and change management in enterprise environments
- SAN/NAS technologies (NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, Fibre Channel)
- Snapshot, replication, backup, and disaster recovery operations
- Root cause analysis and escalation handling
- Documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer
- Experience working in a 24x7 support environment and coordinating with L3/vendor support when required
- NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA)
- Working experience in NetApp for at least 2-3 years
