- Develops and designs holistic enterprise services solutions that optimally support business requirements, strategic goals, technical framework conditions and business processes.
- Translates business requirements into scalable, economically viable and technologically appropriate solutions.
- Creates competitive cost calculations and integrates commercial quotes into the client´s business case.
- Continuously optimizes existing services to meet customer specifications, market changes, and efficiency gains.
- Communicates complex solutions clearly and convincingly at all levels of the company.
- Acts as a central interface between sales, delivery, governance, purchasing and management
- Drives sales activities, supports quotation strategies and strengthens the company´s competitive position.
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration with a focus on IT or a comparable qualification
- At least 5+ years of professional experience in the field of presales, solution consulting or enterprise architecture – ideally at an IT managed service provider (MSP), system house or cloud provider.
- Demonstrable success in the design and winning of complex enterprise IT projects as well as in the writing of proposals (RFP/RFI processes).
- Deep understanding of modern IT operating models (managed infrastructure, cloud/multi-cloud, modern workplace, IT security, artificial intelligence)
- Ability to directly align architectural decisions with service delivery capabilities and governance mandates.
- Strong moderation and assertiveness as a link between sales, delivery, purchasing and management
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
