Permanent Employment, Entry-level Position - Timișoara- Managing and optimizing IT infrastructures (on-premise and cloud-based)
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and handling incidents in day-to-day operations
- Participating in IT projects (e.g., system migrations, new tool implementation)
- Ensuring compliance with security standards and ITIL-based processes
- Providing technical support and service management for our international clients
- Completed studies or vocational training in IT or a related field
- 3+ years to advanced experience in IT service operations or infrastructure
- Solid knowledge in areas such as networks, servers, SAP, Microsoft 365, virtualization, security or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Analytical thinking, a proactive mindset and a strong customer focus
- Very good knowledge of German and English
