Ihre Aufgaben
- Design and develop technical solution concepts for Microsoft Workplace and infrastructure environments (cloud & on-premises), with a focus on client virtualization.
- Support the sales and presales teams during the proposal process by providing technical expertise.
- Conduct customer discovery workshops and due diligence sessions, and present solution concepts to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to define the best technical solution and prepare effort estimations.
Citrix & Terminal Services
- Administer and maintain Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer and NetScaler environments.
- Publish applications based on customer requirements.
- Maintain and update golden images.
- Manage Windows Terminal Services and Terminal Server licensing.
Microsoft Windows Server
- Configure, administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Install, upgrade and support Windows Server versions.
- Manage Windows updates and patching activities.
Operations & Support
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, system and network issues.
- Resolve incidents, service requests and problems in line with agreed SLAs.
- Handle P1/P2 incidents, change requests and problem tickets.
- Coordinate with L3 teams for complex issues.
- Monitor server alerts and take appropriate corrective actions.
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
- Experience with Citrix technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler), Windows 10, software packaging and virtualization environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure (Azure Tenant Management) and ideally AWS.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server, client-server architectures, identity management and general IT infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL principles and experience working with ITSM tools and processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Modern Managed Workplace solutions is an advantage.
- Experience in implementing and supporting IT infrastructure projects is desirable.
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and a structured, reliable way of working.
