Architecture & Concept Development:
- Development and implementation of authorization concepts taking into account RBAC principles.
- Design and implementation of IAM (BaFin compliant) solutions that meet the requirements of the banking environment.
- Experience in conception and rights management with the help of the tool "OMADA" as one of the core components of the project.
- Creation and maintenance of detailed documentation that complies with regulatory requirements and the specific requirements of a banking operation.
- Ensuring compliance with compliance guidelines and internal processes.
- Analysis of data in Recon processes to identify optimization potentials.
- Conduct reviews and audits to uncover and address security gaps and process inefficiencies.
- Close collaboration with internal teams, customers and external auditors.
- Advice and support in the implementation of best practices in the IAM area.
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in the design and implementation of IAM solutions in regulated environments, ideally in the financial and banking sector.
- In-depth knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and authorization concepts.
- Experience in creating documentation to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Experience in the current cloud environments (Azure, EntraID) and their connection (IAM) according to best practices.
- Analytical skills and experience in data analysis, especially in recon, review and ICS processes.
- Confident handling of relevant technologies, tools and frameworks in the IAM area. Specifically, the IAM tool "Omada" is used in the project.
- Extended knowledge (possibly with certification) in C5, ISO2700x, BSI IT Grundschutz, Kritis, BaFin regulation
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
