Your tasks
- Single point of contact for the implementation of the servicePath Solution
- Coordination and implementation of business rules (e.g. pricing logic, role models, decision trees)
- Enforcement of naming conventions to ensure consistent, understandable designations (e.g., product names, service IDs)
- Implementation of service descriptions (e.g. format, scope of services, RACI tables, technical parameters, SLAs)
- Coordination, documentation and implementation of our approval workflows in servicePath
- Administration and configuration of the CPQ system, including product, price and rule management
- Configuration support for business areas such as finance, engagement, service owner and architecture
- Ensuring high data quality and integrity within the CPQ tool
- Coordination and monitoring of interfaces to connected systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)
- Planning and execution of tests, training and support for users
- Management of external service providers in the context of the CPQ system
- Strategic Product Management & Development
- Responsibility for the strategic orientation, design and further development of the CPQ tool in line with the company´s goals
- Management of the entire product lifecycle of the CPQ tool: from requirements intake to implementation and continuous optimization
- Prioritization and decision regarding the solution
- Analysis of tool usage and creation of reports to measure performance and identify potential for improvement
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Technical/content-related moderation/communication in relation to the solution, e.g. in workshops
- Understanding and communicating stakeholder requirements
- Mediation between business and technology
- Communication and anchoring of the solution in the organization
- Close stakeholder management and proactive communication with all relevant departments.
- First point of contact (m/f/d) for all questions relating to the CPQ tool.
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience as a Solution Owner or in a comparable position
- Technical understanding of IT solutions & process knowledge
- Strong communication skills and moderation skills
- Structured way of working and decision-making authority
- Persuasion and empathy to drive acceptance and engagement
