Your tasks
- Assumption of (partial) responsibility for services in the context of IT consulting projects
- Support and training of junior team members
- Participation in the development of well-founded solutions for complex business challenges in the areas of cloud strategy, IT management and operating models, as well as security and OT integration
- Support in the definition and implementation of IT strategies and promotion of cloud adoption and digital transformation processes
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and make recommendations
- Supporting (senior) managers in coordinating projects and ensuring successful project execution
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities in the field of IT consulting
- Participation in the definition of (working) standards and methods for the further development of the department
Your profile
- At least 4 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on IT management, architectures, cloud adoption or IT security
- Experience in supporting projects and coordinating teams.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of economic and financial key figures
- Proven understanding of business processes and IT strategies or IT operating models
- Knowledge of IT management, IT security and application lifecycle
- Experience in the development and implementation of change processes in the IT sector
- Strong communication and presentation skills at management level to convey complex concepts in an understandable way
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel and consult within Germany
