Your tasks
Technical management of several automation projects throughout the entire lifecycle
Analysis, implementation and optimization of complex process digitization solutions including functional and technical documentation
Interact with senior functions and experts to specify and ensure successful automation projects
Professional development and support of team and competence members, especially with regard to training and further education
Building and maintaining strong relationships with management and decision-making levels with clients
Identification of reusable components and architectures
Defining (working) standards and methods for the further development of the department
Analyzing, evaluating and introducing new technologies and market trends
Representation of Strategy Consulting & Advisory Services at clients or events
Your profile
Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics/Sciences or Computer Science
At least 5 years of experience with business process digitization and automation, e.g. RPA, Intelligent Process Automation solutions from UiPath and similar providers
Proven understanding of accountability, deadlines, and initiative when leading projects and teams
Excellent functional analysis skills and strong process modeling skills, e.g. BPMN
Strong conceptual thinking for the realization of innovative architectures and solutions
Experience in leading and developing team members
Knowledge of application and software development (Java, .Net, VB.Net, C), design of algorithms and the development cycle (e.g. CI/CD, specification, architecture, testing)
High interest in independent development and relevant topics
Excellent communication and presentation skills at management level
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel and consult within Germany
